KUEC UVenture is an AI-powered innovation platform that connects researchers, industry partners, and investors to accelerate innovation from idea to impact. The platform provides tools for project management, challenge matching, and investment opportunities.

You retain full ownership of all research projects, innovations, intellectual property, and content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• Display your content within the Platform to facilitate matching and collaboration.
• Use anonymised, aggregated data for platform analytics and improvements.
• Share your content with other users you explicitly choose to collaborate with.

7. Privacy

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

In no event shall Khalifa University Enterprises Company (KUEC), its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
